We are looking for an experienced executive wanting to set up, or a skilled specialist.

This is a fantastic opportunity to working across a range of high-profile clients including Pizza Hut, Assembly Label, Chatime, Georg Jensen, Indeed, Alessi and more. This position is responsible for driving paid social campaigns, helping to inform strategy and oversee performance for clients.

The Social Media Specialist will have strong client relationship skills, a proven track record of leading paid performance, driving social media campaigns and ROAS amongst other metrics, and also experience at managing junior teams of at least 1 team member.

About The Role:

  • Provide exceptional client service, with a goal of meeting and exceeding expectations across KPIs, timelines and budgets, and quality of work
  • Continuously look for opportunities to drive the client forward above and beyond expectations
  • Develop detailed and accurate scopes of work (SOW)
  • Set clear and manageable budgets and monitor on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Proactively come up with new strategic ideas beyond the agreed scope
  • Develop comprehensive client reviews drawing on insights and key learnings
  • Client monthly and weekly reporting covering social campaigns and activities

Paid Social Management (FBBM, IG, SnapChat, TikTok, Reddit)

  • Hands-on, end-to-end management of paid social clients. Includes strategy and planning the media buy, writing copy for ads, building in Business Manager or in-platform for other social channels, optimising the campaigns, budget pacing, and reporting to clients
  • Overseeing junior staff that help with copywriting and building of campaigns
  • Work closely with the creative team to produce channel customised content
  • Staying up-to-date and educate clients on the latest trends, channels and formats to deliver industry-leading work

Key Capabilities & Techincal skills / expertise:

  • 2+ years as an exec, or 1+ years as a specialist
  • Working agency side is essential
  • Experience with driving customised creative for each social channel
  • Strong skills in analysing campaign performance and developing strong insights for future growth
  • Strong off-Page Paid Advertising across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
  • Ideally, experiene aross TikTok, SnapChat and Pinterest
  • Google Analytics knowledge
  • Experience using social listening software, such as Meltwater
  • Extensive experience in performance reporting
